Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born on the 4th of October, 1979. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is now a social worker as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook made her debut for the first time in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as a child model around the age of 10, appearing in national ads for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.

     A haunting voice was heard on the album 17 by XXXTENTACION. The album became a hot subject towards the end of 2017. The voice was that of Shiloh Dynasty. She was an unknown artist who earned lots of attention on Vine and then vanished completely off social media.
