NF
Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30 1991 is a popular American musician and rapper. He is known as his initials NF, that can be written as IF. Two EPs were released by the artist I'm free (2012) [3and an EP that was self-titled in the year 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. The first album by a major label, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22, 2016. It was a top 12 album on the US Billboard 200. His albums have been recognized by numerous awards. One of these includes the Gospel Music Association Dove Award, Rap/Hip Hop Album Of The Year (Therapy Session). In 2017, Perception was a mainstream hit. It charted at number 1 in the United States and was also certified platinum. When its third single "Let You Down" reached the top ten on the U.S. charts, NF gained mainstream popularity in the year 2017. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten international hit. He achieved similar commercial success with his follow up The Search (2019). Feuerstein declared that rap was a form of escape in his early years. He would record songs using a karaoke device, recording both instrumentals and his raps using a single microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments, the first album of his studio album on the 29th of November, 2010. The debut single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song was featured. Xist Music was attracted to Feuerstein's work during 2012. The artist released his first extended play, I'm Free on May 2nd 2012. Profitt produced it. The album's tracklist included nine tracks including "Alone". The EP also featured the original version of Alone with Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of the self-titled play, NF, but Feuerstein parted ways with the label following a dispute and the release of NF was put off. But, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, on the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1. On the 4th of November, 2013, he issued an album "Beautiful Addiction" that was released on November 4. Profitt was also a guest on the track. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
